What you'll do

• Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.
• Establishes and controls program budgets and schedules.
• Manages NRE labor, material procurements, and facility requirements.
• Oversees maintenance, repair, and operational support.
• Drives Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles.
• Manages risks, opportunities, and subcontractor performance.
• Develops competitive proposals and grows customer relationships.
