Clinical Support Resource Registered Nurse (RN)

Support perianesthesia units. Provide feedback, guidance, and mentoring to new graduate nurses and/or nurses transitioning to a new specialty. Support multiple units, providing guidance and education on the hospital’s standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures. Perform rounds on each nursing unit, observing, assessing the quality of patient care, and identifying nursing educational nee
