• Collaborating directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

What we're looking for

Education

Current LPN/LVN licensure; CPR certification

Experience

One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred; Rehabilitation experience is preferred
