What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day AP operations and conduct team huddles
• process invoices from receipt through coding, approval routing, publication, and synchronization
• monitor AP queues, due dates, exceptions, and follow-ups
• oversee invoice processing, vendor setup, reconciliations, credit memos, refunds, and inquiries
• prepare weekly check and payment runs
• review and approve new vendor accounts
• serve as an escalation point
• support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
• maintain internal controls and policy compliance
• prepare audit documentation
• identify process and automation improvements
• train and guide AP team members
• support vendor reporting and 1099 readiness.
