The Leasing Consultant role is in person in Eugene, OR, supporting two multifamily apartment communities from one office. The hourly pay is $20.00. Affinity Property Management’s position supports leasing and resident services at the communities. The consultant guides prospective residents through the leasing process and supports occupancy and property operations. The role combines property promotion, tours, lease processing, rent collection, compliance, and courteous communication with current and prospective residents.

What you'll do

• Advertise and promote the property
• use lead-management software
• provide tours
• complete the lease process with prospective residents
• ensure renter’s insurance compliance
• maintain resident occupancy at 95%
• support timely collection of rent and ancillary revenue
• engage with prospective and current tenants
• escalate tenant issues to the Property Manager
• facilitate resident events
• comply with fair housing and landlord-tenant requirements.
