What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns
• conduct unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns
• complete activity reports and shift communications.
