What you'll do

• Actively source Radiology talent from sites and associations
• attend hiring and outreach events to build candidate pipelines
• track data outcomes and return on investment across sourcing platforms
• coordinate with the System Radiology team to target hard-to-fill positions across markets and route candidates to appropriate contacts
• support weekly and monthly Talent Team meetings as needed
• align attraction processes with Talent Team, Radiology Leadership, and HR Business Partners.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, high school plus three years, or a master’s degree plus one year is required; college recruitment, marketing, or agency staffing experience may count. Excel and data-tracking expertise are required. PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
