What you'll do

  • Organize and direct the EMS ongoing training and education program
  • coordinate training and recertification with the Medical Program Director
  • oversee field training, instructor development, and responder onboarding
  • coordinate interagency exercises
  • direct volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, retention, and records
  • serve as backup paramedic on call one to two weeks per month
  • assist with field operations and agency leadership
  • support reporting, safety, and response goals.
