What you'll do

• Install, set up, test, and commission industrial packaging equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and after-sales support
• support equipment demonstrations
• train customers on operation and maintenance
• coordinate with sales, technical teams, and manufacturing partners
• assist with packaging-system integration and light fabrication
• document service work and project updates
• manage multiple installations and service calls.
