This role exists to lead high-volume distribution operations from the warehouse floor. The director is responsible for coaching managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across a massive distribution facility.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
