Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Develop equipment reliability programs, including root cause failure analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and failure modes and effects analysis
• monitor equipment performance indicators
• oversee condition monitoring
• collaborate on asset optimization and capital planning
• lead reliability projects
• manage reliability staff
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• maintain asset data in CMMS
• guide equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
