What you'll do

• Direct general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and fixed-asset operations
• prepare financial statements and management reports
• monitor cash flow
• develop internal controls
• oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• ensure compliance with HRSA, Uniform Guidance, and grant requirements
• monitor grant funding and coordinate UDS financial reporting
• oversee Single Audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• collaborate with revenue-cycle leadership
• analyze reimbursement methods and financial indicators
• supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff as applicable
• coordinate audits and maintain tax-exempt organization filings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; seven years of progressive accounting and financial management experience; three years in a leadership role; federal grants management and Single Audit experience; and Sage Intacct experience. CPA designation is strongly preferred.
