What you'll do

• Identify customer storage needs and provide solutions
• interact with customers and build rapport
• work toward monthly sales goals
• walk the property, perform lock checks, and show units
• rent storage units and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments through the POS system, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• perform facility maintenance such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning storage units
• maintain clean and safe facility conditions.
