The Equipment Technician, Advanced Packaging is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. This role exists to monitor, sustain, and improve manufacturing equipment performance. The technician collaborates with operations teams and engineers to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, and implement modifications to support next-generation semiconductor production.

What you'll do

• Perform electrical or mechanical evaluation to resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans and manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineering.
