The Specialized Care Assistant / Experienced Caregiver role provides one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Conover, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $15.50–$21 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare serves local families by supporting clients’ well-being in their own homes.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers within authorized scope
• support clients with dementia, chronic conditions, or increased care needs
• prepare meals, provide light housekeeping and medication reminders, offer companionship and safety supervision, and follow individualized care plans.
