What you'll do

• Own the HR technology portfolio and roadmap
• partner with HR and business leaders on scalable technology and self-service
• evaluate capabilities and recommend improvements
• manage vendors, consultants, licensing, renewals, and performance
• lead technology evaluations and implementations
• oversee configuration, releases, security, testing, and integrations
• automate workflows
• develop workforce reporting and dashboards
• maintain governance, access controls, documentation, and data quality
• advise Independent Channel firms on HR technology solutions and implementation.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, at least five years of progressive HR technology or HRIS experience, and hands-on UKG Pro administration, configuration, and optimization experience. UKG Workforce Management experience is preferred.
