What you'll do

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and approval
• prepare and coordinate weekly payment runs
• research invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and documentation
• reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations
• support month-end close and reporting
• assist with expense reports and reimbursements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• identify workflow improvements
• support audits and accounting projects. Two or more years of accounts payable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
