Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do

• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations
• conduct outreach to remote employees
• facilitate manager coaching and engagement initiatives
• support onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and exit interviews
• provide compensation review and analysis support
• review job changes and workforce analysis
• manage compliance activities including OSHA, driver records, DOT certifications, and drug testing
• support recruiting
• maintain relationships with regional leaders
• travel throughout the assigned region at least 50% of the time.
