What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and activity
• document patrols and incidents and communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders.
