What you'll do

• Manage the customer experience and track reviews
• respond promptly to potential customers
• coordinate crews and resources for active projects
• oversee project scopes and estimates
• and communicate with clients, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Participate in the on-call rotation for evening and weekend customer calls.
