What you'll do

• Ensure residents receive necessary supports and services
• train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals
• and help maintain compliance with standards of practice, company policies, safety requirements, and federal and state regulations. Support a caseload of approximately 8–10 residents and interact with residents, team members, vendors, and community members.
