What you'll do

  • Lead commissioning from preconstruction through closeout
  • develop and manage project-specific plans, schedules, and scopes
  • coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and the owner’s third-party commissioning authority
  • oversee installation, startup, inspections, and functional testing of building systems
  • track deficiencies through resolution
  • verify installation checklists
  • support completion and acceptance milestones
  • coordinate energization and safety compliance
  • lead commissioning meetings and mentor Commissioning Engineers.
