The Facilities and Maintenance Technician role is onsite at two communities in Sophia, NC, and Greensboro, NC. The salary range is $45,000–$48,000 per year. WGP Property Management’s mission is to provide safe, reliable housing for residents and safe, reliable returns for investors. The technician maintains and improves manufactured housing community assets, supporting safety, compliance, appearance, and functionality. The role reports to the Community Manager and must be available to respond promptly to property emergencies.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair community property
• complete assigned work safely and on time
• perform grounds maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and home preparation
• repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• maintain tools and equipment
• conduct preventive maintenance
• maintain the pool and test chlorine residuals
• respond to property emergencies
• follow safety and fair housing requirements.
