What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day East Valley camp and year-round program operations
• maintain safety standards for campers and visiting groups
• support recruitment and enrollment goals
• develop schedules and workshops for school groups and retreats
• build relationships with families and guests
• coordinate with wellness, kitchen, facilities, agriculture, and equestrian teams
• manage the program budget and supply inventory with guidance
• ensure compliance with health regulations and American Camping Association standards
• recruit and supervise seasonal staff
• manage scheduling, payroll, coaching documentation, and training
• assist with barn chores and winter snow removal when needed. The role may occasionally include rotating, paid overnight on-call responsibilities when camp or groups are onsite.
