Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager role is onsite in Windsor, CO, with pay of $18–$27.50 per hour. The position supports Adams Insurance Advisors’ insurance agency team. The role coordinates production staff activities and helps the agency meet sales goals while developing and servicing client relationships. It combines staff coaching, sales activity tracking, insurer and underwriter coordination, marketing collaboration, and policy quoting as needed.

• Oversee production staff goal setting and sales training
• network and plan for new producers, clients, and business opportunities
• monitor and report key metrics
• document sales activity
• mentor staff and answer questions
• communicate with insurance company representatives and underwriters about market availability
• coordinate marketing efforts
• quote premiums on potential new policies when necessary.
