What you'll do

• Deliver ESL/ELD instruction to multilingual learners by language proficiency level
• align supplementary curriculum with WIDA English language development standards and pedagogy
• use data to differentiate instruction
• build relationships with students and parents
• maintain student records and progress-monitoring documentation
• coordinate procedures for welcoming new multilingual learners
• collaborate with administrators, counselors, teachers, and staff
• attend professional development and incorporate feedback.
