Working with the Senior HR Manager and broader HR team, the role supports accurate pay, benefits access, compliance, and consistent employee processes as the company expands.

What you'll do

• Process payroll and batch runs in Paylocity
• manage payroll data, corrections, reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting
• administer benefits and open enrollment
• support onboarding and employee benefits questions
• manage applicable ACA, COBRA, and ERISA requirements
• reconcile benefits invoices
• maintain HRIS data
• provide leadership updates
• support annual renewal
• and assist with HR compliance and employee records.
