What you'll do

• Participate in interviewing and hiring
• train and mentor team members
• identify sales skill gaps and create development plans
• own individual sales performance and track team metrics
• support store operations, staffing, financial reporting, cash handling, compliance, and opening and closing
• resolve customer issues
• monitor inventory and device security
• communicate goals and sales strategy.
