The Clinical Pharmacist — Inpatient role is onsite at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, CA. What you'll do

• Manage patient-specific pharmacokinetic regimens
• assess metabolic needs and order therapeutic nutrition
• provide clinical staff education
• consult with care teams and participate in multidisciplinary rounds and antimicrobial stewardship
• document interventions and adverse events
• review medication profiles and prescriptions
• evaluate laboratory results and medication histories
• ensure accuracy of products prepared by technical staff
• assist the outpatient pharmacy.

Why this role

Requires an accredited pharmacy degree, recent hospital-based pharmacy experience or hospital residency, an active unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license, current BLS and ACLS certificates, and ability to pass a government background check/security clearance. Schedule includes 10–12-hour shifts, days and nights, and weekends.
