Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Flexible Schedule

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid, serving families in Middletown and nearby parts of Frederick County, MD, with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes. Pay is $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA is an in-home ABA team supporting children and families. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops treatment plans, supervises and coaches registered behavior technicians, and trains caregivers. The role tracks progress and updates goals to support individualized care.
