Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with compensation of $80,000–$105,000 per year. D & M Behavioral Solutions provides family-centered ABA services to children and families across South Florida. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 30 billable hours per week. As clinical leader for a caseload, the BCBA assesses clients, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, trains caregivers, and uses data to adjust programs. The role supports effective, ethical care and helps children build skills and greater independence at home, school, and in the community.

What you'll do

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
  • develop and update evidence-based treatment plans
  • supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, including at least 5% of each RBT’s monthly hours
  • complete competency assessments
  • lead caregiver training
  • analyze data and adjust programs
  • review and co-sign BCaBA documentation
  • prepare progress reports and authorization packets
  • complete documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours
  • follow the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
