What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies
• identify, qualify, and develop suppliers
• lead negotiations, requests for quotation, contract management, and cost benchmarking
• establish supplier performance metrics
• develop dual-source and risk-mitigation plans
• lead cost reduction and localization initiatives
• support supplier quality programs, audits, and corrective actions
• manage cross-functional projects and supplier readiness for product launches
• and coordinate with Operations and Planning on material availability and supply risks.

Why this role
