What you'll do
- Perform complex assembly using work instructions, drawings, models, schematics, and engineering judgment
- own assigned builds through inspection, test support, documentation, and handoff
- escalate documentation gaps
- work with engineering on repeatable methods, fixtures, instructions, and inspection criteria
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- inspect workmanship and documentation
- troubleshoot assembly, inspection, test, tooling, and process issues
- support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- train and mentor technicians
- provide feedback on instructions and inspection methods.
