The Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Bridgeton, MO, with guaranteed full-time hours and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM. Pay is $18–$23 per hour. Latitude Therapy provides ABA therapy to help children build communication, social, and life skills. The technician delivers individual and group clinic sessions, follows BCBA-created behavior intervention plans, and records client progress. The role supports children’s skill development through consistent therapy, documentation, and communication with clinical supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy and group sessions in clinic
• follow BCBA-created behavior intervention plans
• run skill acquisition programs
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• submit session notes
• communicate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• support daily living skills when needed
• respond to challenging behaviors using provided training and protocols.
