What you'll do

• Verify patient insurance and benefits
• contact insurers and other payers to confirm eligibility, coverage, benefits, and reimbursement information
• and document findings in internal systems. Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacies, payers, and internal teams
• research missing or conflicting information
• handle inbound and outbound communications
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• and escalate complex issues. Attend all December training and work an assigned eight-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.
