The Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Per Diem role is onsite in New Orleans, LA. Pay is $48.25 per hour. The assignment is at a 446-bed short-term acute care facility with national designations for trauma, burn, and stroke care. The RN coordinates and delivers direct patient care, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, continuous care. The nurse also provides patient and family education and follows infection-control and environment-of-care requirements. Shifts are 12 hours, days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
