What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures
- assist residents with activities of daily living
- supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift as applicable
- monitor residents and report changes in condition
- develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- complete clinical documentation
- coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.
