What you'll do

• Lead sourcing for advertising, media, digital, PR, market research, software, consulting, and staff augmentation
• run competitive bid events and recommend suppliers and awards
• negotiate contracts and purchase order terms with Legal
• build total-cost-of-ownership and financial analyses and document savings and cost avoidance
• lead supplier risk assessments with Security and Privacy teams, including onsite supplier reviews
• track market conditions and improve sourcing policies and training
• review single-source requests and track invoices against approved purchase orders
• use Gatekeeper, NetSuite, and AI tools.
