Resident Care Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, personal hygiene, bed baths, incontinent care, meals, transfers, weights, and transportation within the facility
• answer call bells
• prepare beds and trays
• support one-to-one interaction and supervision as needed
• help residents use communication technology
• organize personal belongings and care supplies
• monitor drinks and report intake
• check fall precautions
• and clean wheelchairs and care areas. The role also includes greeting newly admitted residents and escorting them to rooms as needed.
