Operations Manager, RV Service

What you'll do

• Assign and prioritize daily work for technicians and administrative staff
• manage the appointment calendar and incoming jobs
• track parts and supplies and coordinate with vendors
• review Shopmonkey work orders for accuracy and completeness
• ensure customers receive updates, smooth pickup, and follow-up
• create and refine shop processes
• make recommendations on hiring, performance, and pay, with final decisions made by ownership.
