What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, answer questions, assist with paperwork, and tour the property and model apartments. Update availability reports
• process leases, renewals, and related documents
• listen to resident requests and feedback
• help plan resident functions
• and participate in obtaining or distributing marketing information. The schedule is Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
