What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day residential division operations, including operations managers, scheduling, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, and administrative support
• maintain consistency and accountability across locations and projects
• develop scalable processes and monitor performance
• coach and develop operational teams
• support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
• establish KPIs and accountability systems
• oversee scheduling, labor planning, subcontractor coordination, and material logistics
• coordinate operations, field crews, sales, customer service, and customers
• oversee purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, fleet/material coordination, and vendor relationships
• monitor operational and financial metrics
• partner on budgets, forecasts, staffing, and growth initiatives
• lead process improvement and systems development
• collaborate across functions and help resolve escalated customer concerns.
