Chief Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead daily engineering operations and perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
• develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• inspect property and maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and exterior areas
• oversee fire and life safety equipment, elevators, HVAC, and access control
• maintain maintenance records
• support renovations and quality assurance
• train and mentor engineering associates
• coordinate with other departments and vendors
• manage expenses, supplies, and maintenance costs
• respond to emergency maintenance situations
• serve as Manager on Duty as assigned and provide weekend, holiday, and other designated coverage.
