What you'll do

• Collect and dispose of waste from patient rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms
• segregate general, biohazard, recyclable, and pharmaceutical waste
• transport waste to designated areas
• handle and contain hazardous and biohazardous materials according to safety procedures
• clean and sanitize waste bins, carts, and collection areas
• use required PPE
• document waste removal and report hazards or equipment issues.
