What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online

• accurately record details and route urgent medical calls to a doctor
• address concerns
• update nurses and doctors
• explain financial options and end-of-life decisions confidentially
• process payments
• follow up after visits
• and capture special moments with permission.
