What you'll do

• Provide accounting support for multiple properties in an assigned region.
• Maintain general ledger and financial statements.
• Complete monthly accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliation, and analysis of Yardi-RM reports.
• Review general ledger activity for accuracy.
• Work with property teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist internal and external auditors.
