In-Home Caregiver, Dementia Support

The In-Home Caregiver, Dementia Support role is onsite in Carlisle, MA, with a schedule of Friday through Sunday: 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 9:00–10:00 p.m. The caregiver rate is $25 per hour. The work supports a client with severe end-stage dementia in the home. The caregiver provides structured personal-care assistance and helps maintain the client’s safety and dignity. Calm redirection and reliable support during morning and evening routines are central to the role.

What you'll do

• Assist with toileting, bathing, and dressing
• maintain a calm presence during personal care
• clean the bathroom as needed
• change bed linens and do client laundry
• help the client transition safely to the living room
• assist with evening toileting and settling into bed
• use safe, respectful redirection when agitation occurs.
