This role involves supervising and mentoring high school seniors in campus residences to prepare them for independent living. The Residential Living Assistant teaches and role-models essential life skills, creates and supervises activities, and collaborates with staff to enhance the program.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor high school seniors
• teach and role-model life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, and healthy relationships
• create and supervise developmental and recreational activities
• accompany students to Sunday chapel services
• collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program
• provide coverage in student homes as needed.
