What you'll do

• Provide evening turndown service in occupied rooms
• empty and wipe wastebaskets
• replace used or damaged amenities
• fold guest belongings and pair shoes for stayover guests
• clean countertops, water glasses, and ice buckets
• restock amenities and tissues
• service assigned rooms to El Encanto and LQA standards
• maintain housekeeping bags, carts, linen, and supply rooms
• report maintenance concerns
• follow safety, key-handling, lost-and-found, attendance, and resource-use procedures.
