What you'll do

• Welcome guests, residents, tenants, and visitors
• manage short-term guest check-ins and check-outs
• respond to resident and tenant needs and follow requests through to resolution
• operate a multi-line phone system
• oversee packages, deliveries, visitor access, and building notices
• provide information about amenities, policies, services, and the local area
• coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and building management
• escalate time-sensitive and safety-related matters according to property procedures
• maintain confidentiality and service standards.
